On April 24th, 2013, Jonnesway and Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research Institution held a seminar to share the inspiring story of Ms. Ke Shiau Shiuan with the public.
Ke Shiau Shiuan suffers a rear genetic disorder Achondroplasia, which made her stature shorter than average people and disabled her physical and metal development.
However, with her parents??undying love and persistent effort, Ke Shiau Shiuan survived the torment of disorder and painstakingly went through several experimental therapies to stimulate her growth.
Now, Ke Shiau Shiuan is in her early 30s. She not only graduated from Wellesley College, but also served in one of the top three accounting firms in Taiwan. Her optimistic spirit and touching story inspired the entire 250 attendees.
Jonnesway is greatly honored to hold this meaningful event, and we hope the seminar will encourage the young generations to take on the challenge bravely and optimistically.
The seminar was also monumental for Jonnesway. For 30 years, the Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research Institution conference hall were opened to international economic conferences only and has hosted countless seminars with Nobel Price winners. The April 24th seminar was the first time that the Institution opened to the public, and also indicated that the Jonnesway corporate culture and brand image are highly accepted and recognized by the Taiwanese public.
